Released for the Winter Edition Art Pack [link] - Go check it out, there are some great artists including *niteangel, `computerologist, ~ pixiegal, ^hesitation, *syragon and many more.

Rendered in Terragen and colour corrected in PS. I would have liked to have been able to release a print version but have some serious banding issues in the blue gradients which are too obvious in the larger version, if anyone knows of a great way to overcome this, please let me know. I added noise and blur in this, but it is not good for the print.

Well, as always, I hope you appreciate this work and enjoy looking at it as much as I did creating it, and I would love to know your thoughts...

Update: Those darn cloud reflections..hmm, fixed for the print release. I still hope you all enjoy

I want to make some suggestions... but there is nothing wrong with this picture. The snow is perfect, the slight rock textures fit in perfect. And the still water just makes the scene that much better. Great work +fav

Love the snow and still-water reflections. The snow seems to stick to vertical surfaces but maybe it jsut me... also you dint reflect the clouds in the water...but damn it is beautiful. textures are great.

Reguarding the banding: it seems that it is inherent as i can see banign in the water rreflections dont know how to get rid of it though..
