 Following on from Blue moments, I finally put all your suggestions for changes into this final version. The biggest problem was the straight edge to the waterline. ~koosh-llama and `exorist provided some helpful advice, but ~rockacock came up with an answer to my prayers, I incorporated the use of masks and rendered just a surf layer and a render without surf, put them together and played about with the smudge tool. This is the result. I am no expert in PS, so exuse me if this still doesn't quite look like foam..Thanks the the above deviants and also thanks to all my watchers for their support, even though I am slow in returning comments. As aways, comments on this are really appreciated. And please .. enjoy my work  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. But one detail looks weird to me : The background seems "cold" and the foreground with the beach and such a water gives an impression of a Pacific island. Maybe with other colors in the background, the atmosphere could be the same everywhere. Anyway, it's just my feeling

The water is so real , the colors are so great and the tranparency just perfect ! You found a good technic to make a realistic surf effect ! i must try it !
The depth is so good here ! the sand and the differents textures are great !
